Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Printer Repair Technician at PartServe Channel Support (Pty) Ltd located in Sandton.

The Printer Repair Technician will be responsible for providing printer support and repairs both in-house and onsite.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Matric
2. CompTIA A+
3. CompTIA N+
4. Electrical Engineering (added advantage)
5. 3 years' experience in technical printer repairs and customer service
6. Experienced in Ink, Laser, Thermal, and Dot-Matrix printer technologies
7. Driver's license

Knowledge and Skills

1. Good communication skills (verbal and written)
2. Analytical problem-solving skills
3. Knowledge of general administrative and internal processes
4. Technical knowledge of different printing technologies
5. Product knowledge both hardware and software
6. Good customer and interpersonal skills
