About the Role:
The Vice President of Operational Excellence Insurance will lead and implement a strategic plan for operational excellence within the insurance vertical. This includes identifying industry best practices, designing frameworks, and standardizing operations. The successful candidate will approach new business with a fail-safe mindset, develop performance metrics, prioritize process improvements, create a quality management system, and drive adoption of innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a minimum of 13 years of work experience, preferably from a BPO background. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate team members. They must be fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
