At least 13 years of experience in business operations, preferably with a background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
Successful track record of managing teams for at least three years.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Timely decision-making with good judgment on when to act independently and when to seek additional information or involve others.
Responsible for handling high volumes of transactions efficiently.
The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of a strategic plan to achieve operational excellence in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per year
