A well-established hospitality group is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Secunda to lead a multi-skilled team responsible for the reliability of a busy entertainment complex. The role involves managing day-to-day maintenance, driving planned preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of artisan experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of contractor management in a hospitality environment. This position emphasizes efficiency and guest satisfaction, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal service delivery.
Formación
Minimum 5 years' artisan experience and 5 years' management/supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of contractor management, compliance inspections, and OHS requirements.
Experience in a casino/hotel environment is advantageous.
Responsabilidades
Lead day-to-day maintenance delivery across the complex.
Drive planned preventative maintenance and ensure schedules are adhered to.
Manage HVAC and refrigeration maintenance, breakdown response, and general repairs.
