• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department, ensuring all aspects of guest dining experiences are delivered to the highest standards.
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring tasks are completed professionally and promptly.
• Achieve departmental plans and objectives, aligning with hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors to control costs and inventory, and to attain productivity and performance goals.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting the company's culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all legislation, maintaining due diligence and best practices for audits, with proper documentation and follow-up.

• Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
• Hands-on approach with a proactive work style
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and the hospitality industry
• Creative problem-solving skills and ownership of duties
• Personal integrity and a commitment to excellence
• Experience working with IT systems across platforms
• Relevant experience in Cookery, Catering, or Confectionery jobs
