Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as a Front Office Receptionist/Ambassador in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work various shifts across multiple functions.
• Neat appearance and extensive product knowledge of the hotel and the city.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire guest journey from arrival to departure.
• Attend to face-to-face guest queries and take reservations.
• Maintain records and create a filing system.
