Warehouse & Stock Control Manager – Drive Operational Excellence
Are you a meticulous and strategic professional ready to take the reins of warehouse operations? Our client, a global leader in natural ingredients and integrated solutions for the food, beverage, and nutrition industry, is seeking a Warehouse & Stock Control Manager to ensure seamless inventory and distribution processes.
POSITION INFO :
Key Responsibilities :
- Warehouse Control: Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and distribution, ensuring they align with company policies and objectives. Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to meet cost targets.
- Stock Control: Reconcile stock with data systems, conduct regular stock takes, and maintain accurate stock levels. Investigate discrepancies and control scrap, ensuring proper authorization.
- Distribution Control: Oversee to guarantee timely dispatch of orders.
- Receiving Control: Ensure accurate and timely receipt and confirmation of deliveries.
- Administration: Produce monthly reports and maintain key statistics for management.
- SHEQ Compliance: Ensure warehouse operations comply with the OHS Act, maintaining high health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements :
- BCom Degree / Diploma (advantageous).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with inventory management software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of operational processes.
