Qualifications

• Proven experience (5 years) in trailer maintenance and repair with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of trailer systems.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse team and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in computer applications and maintenance software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license.
