Duties & Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver staff induction & onboarding
  • Manage product, technical, and role-specific training
  • Oversee high-risk training (LVR, CPR, lockout/tagout, heights)
  • Maintain training calendars & competency matrices
  • Conduct skills assessments and track compliance
  • Develop training materials, manuals & e-learning content
  • Provide coaching & mentoring to developing employees
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and documentation updates
Desired Experience & Qualification

What You Bring

  • Experience in training facilitation or workforce development
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety & compliance
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong organisational and documentation ability
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders

Bonus points for:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Electrical trade background (Electrician / Technician)
