About the Role

Responsible for the strategic and operational administration of the company's data centre, server and virtual infrastructure, IT security, end‑user computing (EUC), and service desk functions. This role ensures the seamless delivery of technology services, including operational technology, aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day administration ensuring optimal performance, service continuity, and adherence to ITIL best practices.
• Managing vendor relationships and contracts to ensure high‑quality service delivery and compliance with SLAs.
• Overseeing hosted physical and virtual infrastructure, network environments, security frameworks, and EUC platforms to maintain operational resilience and data integrity.
• Acting as a key liaison between IT and business units, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring technology solutions meet evolving business needs.
• Enabling the company’s digital strategy with robust infrastructure and secure operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Core Competencies
