Job description

Our marketing team is searching for a passionate and energeticSocial Media and Communications Coordinator who plays a pivotal role in enhancing a company's online presence and ensuring effective communication across various platforms.

The Employee’s responsibilities shall include, among other things, the following:

  • Oversee day-to-day social media management across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok)
  • Plan and execute email newsletter campaigns in collaboration with designers, including copywriting and briefing
  • Develop and coordinate social media content, from ideation to execution, in partnership with the design team
  • Identify and liaise with influencers for potential brand collaborations
  • Write and edit compelling copy for social media, advertisements, and print materials
  • Update and maintain content on the WordPress website in collaboration with design and third-party marketing agencies
  • Publish and schedule engaging social media posts
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews on platforms such as Google and TripAdvisor
  • Prepare a comprehensive reviews report for Commercial team meetings
  • Manage and update Google Business Profiles
  • Coordinate communication with third-party partners, digital agencies, distributors, and suppliers
  • Organise and manage PR packages and corporate gifting initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager, including handling orders, budgets, and marketing materials
  • Contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans for new projects and initiatives to drive social media growth
  • Brief and collaborate with designers and multimedia production teams
  • Create copy and visual assets for monthly paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta; manage in-house paid media efforts
  • Manage branded email signatures via Rocketseed
  • Independently run paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn platforms

Minimum Requirements:

Proven 2 - 3 year's of experience in a similar role

Proven Experience in communications, journalism, or digital media.

Strong writing and editing skills.

Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
