  • WS-1A well-established automotive dealership in the West Rand is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of service advisor experience within the automotive industry, strong technical knowledge, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities : Greet and consult with customers regarding vehicle service needs. Provide accurate repair estimates and manage service bookings. Liaise between customers, technicians, and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor service progress and update customers proactively. Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and positive service experiences. Maintain service records, reports, and administration accurately. Mentor and support junior service advisors where applicable.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a service advisor in a dealership or automotive workshop. Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and workshop operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently. Proficiency with dealership management systems and MS Office. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
