Job summary

A leading energy company is seeking an experienced professional to provide operational excellence support in oil and gas production operations. The successful candidate will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations across onshore and offshore facilities. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and over 10 years of experience are required. This position is based in the Middle East, with relocation costs covered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years preferred in Oil & Gas production operations (Onshore and Offshore).
• Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and energy efficiency is advantageous.
• Knowledge of HSE compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational excellence support across all production operations (Onshore and Offshore).
• Ensure compliance monitoring, operational assessments, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education
