• A minimum of 34 years of experience in a similar FOH or receptionist role at a luxury lodge is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills, with fluency in Afrikaans & English.
• Well‑groomed, energetic, and professional demeanor, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A valid driver’s license and presentation appearance with sober habits are essential.
• Physically fit and active, with a strong professional work ethic and reliability.
• This live‑in position does not allow dependents.
• A maximum of two small dogs are permitted on the premises.
• Passionate about hospitality, maintenance, and guest satisfaction, friendly, adaptable, and genuinely service‑driven.
