Ithemba Property Management is looking for a driven and confident Lead Caller to join our Letting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, reactivating opportunities, and playing a key role in converting leads into successful lettings.

About the role

The Lead Caller is responsible for re-engaging unqualified, previously unreachable, or non-converting leads by making outbound calls and follow-ups. The focus of the role is to assess interest, qualify prospects, gather accurate information, and either nurture leads or elevate sales‑ready prospects to the relevant agents.

Key responsibilities
  • Contact unqualified, cold, and previously unreachable leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Re‑engage prospects through professional communication and structured follow‑ups
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand tenant needs and assess suitability
  • Handle objections and disengaged prospects confidently and professionally
  • Qualify leads and transfer sales‑ready prospects to the relevant agents
  • Schedule and manage follow‑ups and appointments
  • Maintain accurate lead records, statuses, and notes on the system
  • Meet daily and weekly call and contact targets
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in letting or a similar sales/customer contact environment
