Job summary

A dynamic accounting firm is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial processing for multiple clients. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with three days in the office and two days remote, aimed at supporting working parents. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of bookkeeping experience and strong proficiency in Xero. Qualifications

  • Matric or equivalent qualification with bookkeeping or accounting qualifications as an advantage.
  • At least 8 years of experience working as a bookkeeper is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly bookkeeping for multiple clients.
  • Complete bank and account reconciliation accurately.
  • Maintain and organize financial records.
  • Assist with month-end close and financial reports.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
