Qualifications

  • 2–3 years' HR admin experience.
  • Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EE Act & LPC regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee data on ELMA system.
  • Provide HR reporting and support internal HR queries.
  • Administer employee benefits and liaise with payroll.
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR letters.
