Responsibilities

• Conduct field research and trials related to tropical and sub‑tropical crops postharvest activities.
• Engage with project team members within the project.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment; perform basic laboratory tests.
• Ability to work for extended time periods in the laboratory and field environment.
• Collect, capture and process materials for laboratory analysis.
• Assist with postharvest and agro‑processing operations, including product preservation.
• Compile verbal and written reports detailing methodologies.
• Contribute towards the dissemination of outcomes through presentations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable OHS, GMP and Food Safety policies.
