You will be responsible for curriculum development, teacher support, and ensuring a stimulating and effective learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing a team of primary school teachers within a designated department.
  • Overseeing the development, implementation, and review of the school's curriculum and assessment strategies.
  • Ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across all grades within the department.
  • Providing professional development, mentoring, and support to teachers.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to staff.
