Our client is looking for a confident, detail-driven Financial Controller to lead their finance team and keep the business running smoothly. This is a mix of hands‑on financial control, solid reporting, and strong team leadership.

Requirements
  • At least 3+ in a management role
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communicator, calm under pressure, high accuracy and able to self‑manage
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team
  • Produce accurate monthly management accounts, cashflows, reconciliations and yearly AFS
  • Manage compliance, statutory returns and financial risk
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning with the Group FM
  • Oversee cashflow, treasury management and loan reporting
  • Strengthen internal controls, processes and cost management
  • Manage payments, overdue accounts, supplier reconciliations and Tour Plan financial functions
  • Support operations, HR, procurement and management with day‑to‑day financial decisions
  • Provide training on financial processes and controls
  • Maintain company secretarial records and review insurance annually
