A Renewable Energy firm is seeking a Finance Manager based in Randburg, Gauteng. In this role, you will lead and manage the monthly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS while preparing and reviewing financial statements. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and has a CA(SA) or similar qualification, alongside a minimum of 5 years of experience in complex reporting within a multi-subsidiary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CA(SA), AGA(SA), or CIMA qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years post articles experience in reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage monthly and annual financial closing processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Regular bookkeeping for group and statutory purposes.
• Handle preparation, submission, and settling of tax obligations.
