• 8+ years of experience in finance, with current role as Finance Manager or similar.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting and reporting for South Africa and Nigeria.
• Oversee Balance Sheet accuracy and compliance.
• Lead year-end audits with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement projects including system implementations.
