Responsibilities

• Provide holistic and quality nursing care to residents daily.

• Administer medication and ensure doctor’s instructions are followed.
• Utilise clinical judgement to treat acutely ill residents.
• Supervise junior staff and maintain safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle and resolve complaints within the team.
