Qualifications

• Strong mathematical literacy.
• Experience in a supervisory role is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to grow.
• Experience working in a dispatch/logistics department.
• Ability to lift and move 25kg.
• Availability to work overtime and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Relay instructions to truck drivers and dispatch staff.
• Supervise truck drivers and dispatch staff members.
• Supervise loading of trucks and monitor paperwork.
• Monitor stock and participate in stock counts.
• Assist department members to perform duties well.
• Stand in for any member of the department when needed.
