Billing Specialist – Join Our Revenue Accounting Team!

Are you ready to make an impact at Confluence Technologies? As our Billing Specialist, you’ll be a key player in our Revenue Accounting team, ensuring our clients receive accurate and timely invoices. You’ll work with data from multiple sources, streamline processes, and help us deliver best‑in‑class service. You’ll collaborate with Revenue Accountants, manage professional services contracts, and track project progress—all while driving efficiency and innovation in our billing operations.

Essential Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Experience: 3–5 years in a similar billing or accounting role
• Technical Skills:
  • Intermediate in Excel and other Microsoft Office suite products
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and Sales Force are plus.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with professional services contracts and project tracking
