Job summary

A leading South African financial services company is seeking a customer-oriented individual to enhance business development and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 education, a valid driver’s license, and 3 years of sales experience. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, analyzing business opportunities, and managing CRM data. Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Valid Driver’s licence and Own Car.
  • FAIS Compliance.
  • Clear criminal and credit check.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales).
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Presentations skills an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service to customers while securing new business.
  • Analyze specific problems to find the best solutions.
  • Receive visitors and assist with requests for information.
  • Schedule follow-up actions and enter information into the CRM.
  • Develop and implement a relationship management plan for customer accounts.
  • Monitor and assess sales and market data.
  • Develop a personal network within the business sector.
  • Conduct research to analyze key themes and trends.
