A leading real estate firm is seeking a full-time remote Realtor/Property Manager who will provide exceptional customer service and manage real properties. This commission-based role allows for a steady monthly income while focusing on growing your real estate business. Candidates must currently live between Fort Collins and Colorado Springs and possess knowledge of real property, excellent communication, and negotiation skills. Experience in property management is a plus.
Colorado Dream Properties Inc. is an independent Real Estate Company located in Englewood, Colorado but we do business from Fort Collins to CO Springs. We offer Property Management and Real Estate Services for buyers and sellers. Our team is enthusiastic, patient, experienced, knowledgeable, and driven to deliver results for our clients.
This is a full‑time remote role for a Realtor/Property Manager. The Realtor/Property Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling real estate sales and transactions, managing real properties, and ensuring a smooth and successful experience for clients. You can be based anywhere, but YOU MUST CURRENTLY LIVE BETWEEN FT. COLLINS AND CO SPRINGS COLORADO.
From the start, you will be given a set of properties to manage and your list of properties assigned to you will grow as we grow! This will enable you to make a steady monthly income while you also can focus on growing your real estate business. This is a 100% commission‑based position.
