Job summary

The LaBrada Group, Inc. is hiring a full-time Property Manager to oversee single family homes, condos, and townhomes. Key responsibilities include managing tenant relations, conducting property inspections, and coordinating maintenance. Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience, a valid California Driver's License, and proficiency in management software.

This position offers compensation between $25-$27 per hour, and after 4 months, options for health insurance and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• MUST have worked a minimum of 3 years as either an Assistant Property Manager and/or a Property Manager.
• MUST have a valid California Drivers License and clean driving record.
• MUST be proficient in Winforms/CAR forms and Docusign or similar software program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including tenant relations and maintenance requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors for property rent ready turns.
