May River Recruiting is partnering with a fast-growing, high-end manufacturing and design company seeking an exceptional Executive Operations Lead / Chief of Staff. This organization has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, premium product delivery, and white-glove client experience — and they’re entering an exciting phase of growth, expansion, and operational scale.

This role will work directly alongside the company’s Founder, CEO, and COO and will serve as a critical operational partner across strategic initiatives, communication flow, project execution, and leadership accountability. This is NOT an administrative assistant role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to bring structure to complexity. Someone who can help leadership teams move faster, stay aligned, and execute at a higher level. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants significant exposure to executive leadership while helping build operational infrastructure inside a growing business. Charlotte-based preferred.
