Job summary

LEMG, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Director of Operations to serve as the operational anchor for a high-volume events pipeline and a network of over 100 contractors. This role bridges Sales, Operations, and Finance to prevent daily logistical fires and uphold SOPs across the organization.

You will support executive leadership by delivering ready-to-implement solutions, optimize processes, and coordinate internal tech teams to maintain flawless event delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operations in a B2B service environment.
• Ability to bridge Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless execution.
• Strong process documentation and governance of SOPs across teams.
• Experience managing large contractor networks and internal technicians.
• Ability to shield executives from daily logistics fires with proactive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the integrator across Sales, Operations/PM, and Warehouse & Logistics to align workflows.
• Document, audit, and enforce SOPs using the Master Business System (MBS).
• Oversee onboarding, vetting, contracting, and performance tracking of 100+ contractors and internal tech teams.
• Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to ensure proactive pipeline communication and issue resolution.
• Provide strategic support to Finance, Sales, and Marketing initiatives as requested by leadership.
