Inolex-Inc. Charlotte seeks a Site Director to lead the operations team, driving safety, quality, and efficiency. You will set direction, assign roles, evaluate performance, and ensure adherence to policies while building a high-performing culture.

The role requires 10–20 years in manufacturing with at least 5 years in leadership, strong GMP/OSHA knowledge, and ERP proficiency. MBA preferred; based in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 10–20 years in manufacturing with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• MBA preferred and strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet quality standards and reduce costs.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead training programs, performance appraisals, and staffing decisions.
• Coordinate with QA, maintenance, finance, and supply chain functions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety policies across the site.
