You will partner with finance, HR, and marketing to drive predictable, profitable delivery while planning staffing and training, monitoring staffing levels, and ensuring QA/QC across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and fourteen years of relevant experience.
• Eight years of experience specifically in project management.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and web browsers.
• Knowledge of contracts, project management, resource allocation, and applicable codes.
• Clear written communication and presentations to clients and executives.
• Leadership, team building, and mentoring across multioffice teams.

Responsibilities

• Steer people, projects, and performance for a business unit aligning resources to workload.
• Partner with finance, HR, and marketing to drive predictable, profitable delivery.
• Assist planning, recruitment, selection, and training for staff.
• Supervise proposals/quotations for proper scope and staffing.
• Manage staffing levels and utilization across the service line.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure ontime project execution and adherence to QA/QC policies.
• Approve timesheets and expense reports per company policies.
