Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in operations management.
• Experience in warehouse management and supply chain/logistics trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound and outbound operations to meet targets (UPH, CPU, SOT, Fill Rate).
• Coach executive team members and oversee colleague development.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost control, and processing efficiency standards.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term profitability and productivity strategies.
• Identify process improvements and optimize work flows.
• Foster a culture of superior customer service.
• Establish procedures and metrics to meet customer satisfaction.
• Plan staffing based on volume and use staffing tools to adapt to demand.
• Analyze costs, activities, and forecast data to track progress toward goals.
