Qualifications

• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7 - 10 years of progressively responsible consulting experience involving data analysis and finance.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Role model problem-solving and critical thinking with complex data.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation abilities.
• Solid project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of laws/regulations affecting healthcare clients.
• High attention to detail and client-focused mindset.
• Self-starter who thrives in a driven, changing environment.
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and tight deadlines.
• Collaborative with exceptional teamwork and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large projects within budgets and monitor status.
• Manage team productivity and delegate tasks to analysts and consultants.
• Prepare comprehensive work plans, presentations and client reports.
• Oversee junior associates' deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Act as a key client liaison and attend client meetings.
• Serve as subject matter expert guiding juniors in research and analytics.
• Develop and implement tools, templates, processes to improve productivity.
• Lead and participate in client delivery team meetings.
