You will work with Excel-based models, develop reports, and contribute to proposals; adjust to evolving client needs in a remote or hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required.
• 2+ years of data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation experience.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to clients.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter, collaborative, able to adapt to changing needs.
• Experience in consulting or healthcare compensation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand industry and client-specific issues, including financial information, compensation and rewards and corporate performance, with guidance
• Research, gather and analyze data to determine compensation levels and job titles/reporting levels for positions
• Conduct market pricing, assist in peer group selection, survey analyses, interpret compensation data, financial modeling and special projects, with guidance
• Assist with report and proposal writing describing objectives, methodologies, analysis and results as well as proofing for accuracy
• Support the project team in developing solutions to address client issues including program design alternatives, financial impact and implementation considerations
• Respond to client-related requests, as appropriate
• Participate in Client Delivery Team meetings to understand team and client initiatives
