Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking a seasoned professional for our Executive Workforce Services practice to manage client engagements and complex projects. You will lead teams of analysts and consultants, delivering data-driven insights on executive compensation, governance, and leadership strategy.

Responsibilities include developing tools, templates, and methodologies to improve productivity, plus serving as a client liaison and subject-matter expert for junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration.
• 7-10 years of progressively responsible consulting/business-related experience, involving data analysis, financial modeling, program design and/or compensation program administration.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large and/or complex projects within budgets and monitor project status.
• Manage team productivity and delegate tasks to analysts and consultants.
• Prepare work plans, presentations and reports addressing client needs.
