SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking a senior consultant in our Executive Workforce Services Practice to lead compensation-related engagements for healthcare and not-for-profit clients.

This role emphasizes client liaison, governance and design of competitive total compensation programs, with strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration. Based in a remote-capable environment, you will manage multiple engagements, mentor junior staff, and contribute to methodologies and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; emphasis in finance/economics/statistics/mathematics/accounting/health care administration preferred.
• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting/business-related experience; data analysis, financial modeling, program design/administration.
• Solid technical knowledge with Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, writing, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large/complex projects within budgets; monitor progress and keep stakeholders apprised.
• Manage team productivity and resource utilization; delegate tasks to analysts/consultants.
• Prepare comprehensive work plans, presentations and reports for clients.
• Oversee development of deliverables by junior staff; review for accuracy and quality.
• Act as key client liaison; build relationships and anticipate client needs.
• Serve as SME for junior associates; share knowledge of tools/processes/methodologies.
• Develop and implement tools, templates, and processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead/participate in client delivery team meetings to understand initiatives.
