Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Master's degree preferred
• 7–10 years of consulting experience
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, writing, verbal and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of larger projects within budgets
• Oversee team productivity and delegate tasks to analysts/consultants
• Prepare work plans, presentations and reports for clients
• Oversee deliverables for junior associates for accuracy and quality
• Act as a key client liaison and build client relationships
• Guide junior associates in research, data collection and analytics
• Develop tools and templates to improve productivity and quality
• Lead and participate in client delivery team meetings
