SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Consultant to join our remote team. You will provide comprehensive compensation consulting, market pricing, and data-driven insights for healthcare and not-for-profit clients.

You will evaluate executive roles, design compensation programs, and support client projects with strong analytical and presentation skills. This role offers remote work honoring state restrictions and a collaborative practice environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; finance/economics/healthcare focus preferred.
• 1–5 years of progressive client consulting experience.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience with data analysis, modeling and presentations.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills; basic programming a plus.
• Strong critical thinking; ability to analyze and visualize data and communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of laws/regulations affecting healthcare clients.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and administer programs.
• Serve as market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, surveys, and financial modeling.
• Interpret compensation data and manage complex research projects.
• Advise on job placement levels and titles within client structures.
• Develop reports and proposals; mentor junior associates.
• Lead client meetings and maintain relationships; meet deadlines.
