Qualifications

• Experience in BDR/SDR or outbound sales.
• Experience selling payroll or HR services.
• Proven outbound calling and qualification record.
• Ability to commit to part-time calling blocks during business hours.
• Quiet calling environment and reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Work a company-provided lead list of newly formed businesses and other qualified accounts.
• Make outbound calls to founders and business owners, explain partner offerings, and identify fit, timing, and decision-makers.
• Ask clear discovery questions about payroll and workforce administration and document customer needs.
• Arrange a qualified next step with the relevant provider or internal team and follow through on actions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.
• Share recurring objections and lead-quality feedback to improve targeting and qualification.
