Initio Capital LLC is seeking a part-time Business Development Representative focused on workforce solutions for the San Francisco Bay Area and other markets. You will work outbound to business owners, qualify needs, and move accounts to the next step using company-provided leads.

Ideal candidates have proven BDR/SDR experience in payroll, HR, or workforce software, strong communication, and disciplined CRM follow-through.

Formación

• Experience in BDR/SDR or outbound sales for payroll, HR, or workforce software.
• Proven outbound calling with discovery and qualification.
• Ability to work part-time blocks during business hours.
• Quiet calling environment and reliable internet.

Responsabilidades

• Work a company-provided lead list of newly formed businesses and qualify them.
• Make outbound calls to founders and business owners to identify fit and timing.
• Ask discovery questions about payroll, workforce management platforms and document needs.
• Arrange a qualified next step with the provider or internal team.
• Maintain CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.
• Share feedback to improve targeting and qualification.
