Qualifications

• Experience in BDR/SDR/outbound selling business banking or related products.
• Confidently engages business owners and explains benefits without overstatement.
• Proven outbound calling, discovery, qualification, and CRM follow-through.
• Available for part-time calls during business hours.
• Quiet calling environment and reliable internet.
• Ability to take outside work without conflicts of interest.

Responsibilities

• Work a company-provided lead list of newly formed businesses and other qualified accounts.
• Make outbound calls to founders and business owners, explain relevant partner offerings, and identify fit, timing, and decision-makers.
• Ask clear discovery questions about business banking and business account acquisition and document the customer need accurately.
• Arrange a qualified next step with the relevant provider or internal team and follow through on agreed actions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.
• Use approved messaging and company-provided outreach tools, follow calling requirements, and respect opt-outs.
• Share recurring objections and lead-quality feedback to improve targeting and qualification.
