Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor / Analyst for a partner company, fully remote in approved US states. The role strengthens delegated healthcare oversight, improves operational performance, and ensures regulatory compliance across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams.

You will design metrics, conduct audits, and support state and federal audits (DHS/CMS), translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and supporting improvement plans.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and SNP products; audit experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Lead complex analytical initiatives to strengthen delegated healthcare oversight and regulatory compliance.
• Develop performance metrics and reports to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and evaluate performance against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Support DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation collection.
• Coordinate audit responses and manage follow-up with delegates and stakeholders.
• Investigate discrepancies through root-cause analysis and ensure data integrity.
