Jobgether, a partner company, seeks a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst based in the United States. You will lead complex analytical initiatives to strengthen delegated healthcare oversight, performance, and regulatory compliance.

You will transform complex data into actionable insights, developing performance metrics and reports that support strategic decisions and continuous improvement. Fully remote for eligible candidates, you will conduct audits, support state and federal audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytic skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and supporting improvement plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to manage audit documentation and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics and analytical insights for delegated entity performance.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities across programs.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and document findings.
• Drive corrective actions and monitor progress.
• Support preparation for DHS and CMS audits including data validation.
• Coordinate audit responses and track resolutions.
• Strengthen cross-functional data integration and ensure consistency.
• Provide analytical guidance to colleagues.
• Improve reporting workflows and tools.
• Contribute to broader oversight initiatives.
