Job summary

Jobgether, in partnership with a client, seeks a Delegate Improvement Auditor / Analyst based in the United States. You will lead audits, develop performance metrics, and guide delegated programs to meet regulatory standards and contractual obligations.

This fully remote role focuses on data-driven oversight across Medicaid SNP products, DHS and CMS audits, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical, operational, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive audits and evaluate performance against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Develop performance metrics and reports that translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate government audit support (DHS and CMS) and prepare documentation.
