Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, social work, healthcare administration, or equivalent.
• Five years of professional work experience beyond the degree or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments.
• Remote work eligibility in approved US states.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics and analyses to evaluate delegated entity performance.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities across programs.
• Conduct comprehensive audits against standards and contracts, documenting findings.
• Drive corrective actions with internal teams and partners.
• Support DHS/CMS audits with data validation and documentation.
• Coordinate audit requests and track findings.
