Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst in the United States to lead complex analytical initiatives that strengthen delegated healthcare oversight, operational performance, and regulatory compliance.

You will transform data into actionable insights, design performance metrics, conduct comprehensive audits, and support state and federal audits (DHS and CMS) across clinical, operational, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and SNP products.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain metrics that evaluate delegated entity performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct audits and oversee delegate performance against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Support DHS and CMS audits including data validation and documentation collection.
• Coordinate audit responses with delegates and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate discrepancies with root-cause analysis and improve data integrity.
• Provide guidance on metrics, reporting standards, and interpretation of results.
