Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst based in the United States. You will lead audits, develop performance metrics, and drive regulatory compliance across delegated programs.

The role is fully remote for eligible states, emphasizing data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include supporting DHS and CMS audits, validating data, and documenting findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Medicaid and SNP products.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain performance metrics, producing reports that translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct audits and evaluate delegate performance against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Support DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation collection.
• Manage audit requests, provide timely, well-supported responses to inquiries.
• Investigate discrepancies via root-cause analysis and improve data consistency.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams.
