Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain metrics evaluating delegated entity performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
• Produce reports and analyses that translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Audit delegated programs for state and federal standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation collection.
• Coordinate responses to audit inquiries and ensure timely, accurate information.
• Collaborate across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams to strengthen oversight.
