Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst in the United States. The role focuses on improving delegated healthcare oversight, performance, and regulatory compliance through advanced analytics and audits.

Responsibilities span cross-functional collaboration, data-driven reporting, and support for DHS and CMS audits. Fully remote for eligible states with emphasis on accountability and quality improvement across delegated programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex analytical projects.
• Remote work eligibility in approved states; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and insights to evaluate delegated entity performance and regulatory compliance.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across delegated programs.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and document findings, actions, and follow-up.
• Drive corrective actions with internal teams and delegated partners.
• Coordinate government audit support (DHS and CMS) including data validation.
• Manage audit requests, respond with timely, well-supported information.
• Collaborate across clinical, operations, compliance, and analytics to align data.
